Requirements

This is a service that assists businesses in managing changes to their board of directors. This may involve adding new directors, removing existing ones, or updating the details of current directors. The service typically handles the necessary paperwork, filings, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with company law and regulations. 1. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
2. Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company
3. Company must have filled all its annual returns for the previous years.
4. Company must file interim returns.
5. File CR 19 and Obtain minutes for the meeting in which the resignation occured

Requirements for Incoming Director(s)
1. Consent from the person appointed, residential address of the new director and file CR 8
2. PIN, National ID or Passport and passport size photo for the new director
3. File CR 6
Requirements for Incoming Director(s)
1. Resignation letter from the outgoing director
2. File CR 9
3. Affidavit indicating that you are willingly resigning as director

After the changes have been effected, Sectretary of the company requests for the new list of director and shareholding by obtaining the CR 12 from the company’s registry
